Got recent quotes that never turned into booked work?
Forward us up to 50 recent quote emails. Do not clean them up or build a spreadsheet. We sort through them, run a short follow-up sequence, track the replies, and show you what came back.

Up to 50 recent unclosed quotes. Three follow-up touches over roughly two weeks.
Do not turn this into another admin project.
The default intake is simple: forward the existing quote emails or threads. We do the first-pass sorting ourselves. If an export from your existing system is easier, we can look at that too, but CRM access is not required to start.
A short, specific follow-up window.
We are not signing your old prospects up for endless marketing. The sprint is intentionally bounded.
Review
We review up to 50 recent quote emails and identify the ones that are reasonable to follow up on.
Follow up
We run up to three concise follow-up touches over roughly two weeks, using the quote context we have.
Hand back
Interested replies are handed back to your business so you can take over the actual sales conversation.
The final report does not depend on perfect client follow-through.
We track the parts of the sprint we can measure directly. Confirmed bookings are included when they are known, but the sprint still produces useful numbers even when the final sale happens later.
The report also identifies non-responders. We stop after the agreed sequence rather than continuing to push them without your approval.
Not every old quote should be chased.
We review the batch before launch. As a general starting rule, we exclude obvious duplicates, explicit declines or cancellations, records without enough contact/service context, and quotes that are too old to reasonably treat as active.
For many service businesses, roughly the last 60 days is a useful starting window. Longer sales cycles can be handled differently.
Specific and transparent, not vague or impersonated.
Where the quote record allows it, follow-up references the actual service, approximate timing, or other legitimate quote context. We do not pretend to be the owner or hide that we are helping with follow-up.
Quote recovery is the starting offer. These are available when they fit better.
Past Customer Reactivation
Reach back out to existing customers and look for repeat work sitting in the list.
Review Boost
A short campaign designed to turn recent happy customers into more review requests.
Follow-Up System Build
For businesses that would rather have the basic follow-up setup built and handed off.
Before you start.
Do I need to build a spreadsheet?
No. The default intake is to forward the recent quote emails or threads you already have. We do the first-pass sorting.
Do I need to give you access to my CRM?
No. CRM access is not required for the standard Quote Recovery Sprint. If a raw export is easier than forwarding emails, we can review that as a fallback.
How old can the quotes be?
For many businesses, the last roughly 60 days is a useful starting point. If your normal sales cycle is longer, we can review an older batch and decide what still makes sense to contact.
How quickly does it launch?
We do not promise an instant launch before seeing the material. We first review what you send, confirm what is usable, and then give you the expected launch timing.
What happens when someone replies?
We track the reply and hand interested conversations back to your business so you can take over the actual sales discussion.
What if most people do not reply?
The final report shows that clearly. After the agreed sequence, we stop. A non-response during the sprint does not necessarily mean a permanent no, but we will not keep pushing without your go-ahead.
Do you guarantee bookings or revenue?
No. We cannot guarantee that old quotes will reply, reopen, book, or produce a specific amount of revenue.
What if the sprint works?
You can stop after the one-time sprint, run another project later, or discuss ongoing managed follow-up from $197/month.
