Information on this website is provided for general business and marketing purposes. It is not a guarantee of results, revenue, bookings, response rates, or customer behavior.
Quote Recovery Sprint
The current Quote Recovery Sprint is a bounded one-time service. The standard scope may include review of up to 50 recent quote records, eligibility/cleanup review, up to three follow-up touches over an agreed campaign window, response tracking, interested-conversation handoff, and a results summary. Exact scope is confirmed before work begins.
Introductory pricing
The site currently advertises an introductory Quote Recovery Sprint price of $99 while MintedTools Automation builds initial case studies. The standard listed price is $199. Current pricing is confirmed before payment and may change prospectively.
Client data and authority
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for having appropriate authority to share business quote/customer records with MintedTools Automation for the agreed service. Clients should not submit customer quote records through the public website inquiry form. We may decline or limit records or workflows that do not have an appropriate basis for contact.
Usable records
Not every record provided will necessarily be eligible for the sprint. We may exclude duplicates, explicit declines or cancellations, records without enough usable information, records outside the agreed recency window, or other records that are not appropriate to contact.
Results and non-response
No specific response rate, reopened conversation count, booking count, review count, or revenue result is guaranteed. Contacts that do not respond within the agreed sequence are treated as non-responders for the sprint. We do not continue outreach beyond the agreed sequence without additional approval or scope.
Ongoing service
Where offered, ongoing managed follow-up is separate from the one-time sprint. Any recurring billing, cancellation terms, third-party costs, and communication requirements are disclosed before ongoing service begins.
Third-party systems
Some workflows may involve third-party email, messaging, carrier, form, CRM, or similar systems. Availability, delivery, and functionality can be affected by those third parties.
Referral program
Active MintedTools Automation ongoing clients may earn one free standard service month for each qualifying referral under the current referral program. One-time services alone do not create a free-month credit. Referral eligibility may be verified before a credit is issued.
